We spent July 1-5 in Omaha. Wednesday, we checked out Lauritzen Gardens. It was hot, and all their plants seemed pretty ordinary. I got some huge mosquito bites from our walk on the Woodland Path. We also found a plant labeled "Poison Ivy" and rubbed it on our legs to see if we're allergic. Turns out, we're not. Go, immune systems!
We also met this mean-looking bug. It was like 3 inches long.
