Oye Como Va

This weekend we went to the Como Zoo with Nadam. It is seriously better than the Minnesota Zoo, and it's free. We saw a giraffe drinking from water fountain, monkeys with handlebar mustaches, an ostrich pecking a metal fence, and snow leopards licking a rock. Oh, and pervy old dudes peeking through the flowers and taking pictures of nude statues.

We also went mini golfing at Centennial Lakes, where I got my first hole in one. Ever. In any sport. I still managed to get last place, though.

Let's sail away, find our own country ... we'll build a house and bed out of palm trees

Andrew and I found this house while biking in St. Paul along the river. We loved it so much that we painted our bedroom blue with white trim. Maybe someday we will build a house as awesome as this one. I wonder if they have ever seen us standing out front, wantin' on their house.
